If you make an enquiry to by telephone, email or through a website form, we will use the information provided to respond to you to deal with your request. Contact form submissions are sent directly to our email and are not stored online. After a period of one year the information/email will be deleted. Newsletter signup information is stored indefinitely until instructions are received to delete the information.
If you have signed up to our newsletter we may send marketing emails from time to time, related to classes, events and special events and offers. Our newsletter provider is MailChimp who are fully GDPR compliant. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Communication between our website and your device is secured by a Domain Validated (DV) certificate with industry standard SHA256withRSA encryption (e.g. strong encryption). Our website hosting is monitored 24/7. Any known security vulnerabilities are patched as soon as possible after they are made public. This website is hosted at a secure data centre in the UK.
In the event of a data breach we shall notify the regulatory authority (Information Commissioners Office) within 72 hours of being made aware.
